A special processing technology is used to ensure the smooth flow of each loop, in order to improve the heat transfer effect of the evaporator. The ice scraper is used, the evaporator is not moved, the ice knife is scraped on the inner wall, reducing the energy loss and ensuring the normal supply of the refrigerant. The ice knife uses the rotating rolling operation mode, with small resistance, low energy consumption and no noise. No ice powder and other advantages.
The plate ice evaporator can select different materials according to the customers' requirements, and has high heat transfer performance. It meets the requirements of pressure vessel manufacturing specification.
The ice evaporator adopts advanced welding equipment, machine adding equipment, heat treatment equipment and professional processing technology, and makes professional and efficient welding technology, surface treatment and heat treatment technology.
The water supply system of the evaporator ice evaporator enters into the water separation plate, and ensures that the water energy is evenly distributed in the inner wall of the evaporator. The water is left behind the inner wall of the evaporator, and the water tray of the bottom of the evaporator flows into the sink and then flows into the wooden box, so that the bottom of the ice sheet is not dripping, and the ice caking in the reservoir is avoided.
